Ordering a copy of the book


The order form below is in PDF format. The Adobe Reader software is available free from the Adobe website.



 

Payment

Payment must be in Australian dollars and accompany the order form <click here for order form>. Books cannot be ordered unless money is received. It is intended to include an invoice/receipt with the book/s.

Within Australia, payment can be by crossed cheque or money order (don’t send cash through the mail). Orders from outside Australia can be by bank draft or international money transfer (to obtain details of the latter contact Elizabeth Parkes at sales@diprosebook.com – information will be given by post or phone, not by email).

Cheque, money order or bank draft must be made out to Elizabeth Parkes.
